DRIVING CIRCUIT FOR LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

PURPOSE: A driver circuit of the liquid crystal display is provided to form the output Waveform of the inverter block applied in the gate node of the pull-down function block my TFT(Thin Film Transistor) of the shift register into the waveform of the overshoot form. The bias stress voltage of the gate node is low made. The lifetime can be multiplied. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(210) transfers pulse input signal consisting of the high level signal and the low level signal to the boosting node. The inverting part(220) is connected to the input unit. The inverting signal of the pulse input signal is outputted. The pull-up pull-down circuit(240) is connected to the input unit and inverter unit. The boosting voltage is outputted from the boosting node to the pull-up output signal.
