FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application coats using multi-component solution of fluid films, namely to methods and devices for modifying surfaces made from acrylic plastic. Invention can be used in machine building, in particular for modifying surfaces of large-size complex-shape glased parts of aircraft and other vehicle. Proposed method aim at applying coats on large-size complex-shape parts using multi-component solution of fluid films. For this functional coat consisting of metals and/or their oxides is applied on said coated part after drying. Then part is turned through 180 and coat is again applied thereon using multi-component solution of fluid films. Device for coat application has tight chamber arranged on supports fitted in their central part to turn through 180 therein. In such a turn, tight chamber top and bottom parts interchange their positions. Top part communicates with vessel containing multi-component solution with the help of hydraulic pump and system of pipelines. Bottom part communicates with vacuum pump. ^ EFFECT: production of large-size complex-shape glased parts of cockpit canopy with adhesion, functional and protective coats with high optical properties that meet requirements to cockpit canopy glasing. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tbl |
