FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: installation comprises frame, sorting working elements made of metal bars, collecting trays and link. Sorting working elements and collecting trays are hingedly connected to each other by means of metal loops installed on horizontal fixing links of metal frame to make a single double-level structure with two turning devices and possibility of simultaneous separation of tuber crops into three fractions. Devices for turning of tuber crops are installed in upper part of metal frame and are hingedly fixed by their axes in support bushes of metal frame. One of turning devices is installed on the side of collecting trays, the other one - on the opposite side from collecting trays. Sorting working elements are arranged in the form of two separators of large and medium fraction of identical size, hingedly fixed on metal frame. Collecting trays are installed one over another, besides each one at the same level with according separator of large fraction and separator of medium fraction. Devices for turning of tuber crops are arranged in the form of separate sets from metal working components, which are arranged in a row, along whole width of large fraction separator grid. In each device for turning of tuber crops, on surface of their working elements there are shields installed to maintain specified distance between metal working elements of devices for turning of tuber crops. Shields are arranged on inner side of large fraction separator, and metal protective plates are fixed on surface of shields. Each of devices for turning of tuber crops has its metal lifting lever. Between axes of devices for turning of tuber crops there is a mechanism installed for swinging of turning devices on stem through support bushes, being rigidly connected to metal frame. Controller of stem length is arranged on stem. Each of large and medium fraction separators is installed into wooden body, besides both wooden bodies are arranged as ""-shaped. Open part of ""-shaped form of wooden body of large fraction separator is hingedly connected to collecting tray of large fraction. Open part of ""-shaped form of wooden body of medium fraction separator is hingedly connected to collecting tray of medium fraction. ^ EFFECT: simplified design, improved quality of tuber crops cleaning. ^ 5 cl, 17 dwg |
