FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cosmetology and represents a provesicle for advanced skin-effective agent delivery by forming an aqueous vesicular phase in topical cosmetic products, with specified provesicle containing: (i) an effective agent to be delivered; (ii) 0.5-50 % of phospholipid prepared of lecithin; (iii) 2-25 % of glycerine mono-, di- or triester; (iv) 0.5-15 % of linear or branched propyl or butyl ether C14-C18 of fatty acid; (v) 30-96 % of a cosmetically acceptable base where the cosmetically acceptable base is specified from glucose, sorbitol, talc and stearic acid and wherein the components specified in (i) - (iv) are found. ^ EFFECT: invention provides the improved skin-effective agent supply to skin and exhibits higher stability. ^ 13 cl, 10 ex, 3 tbl |
