The device (12) has an enclosure (26) equipped with a low pressure exit (16), and housing an internal heat exchanger (5) and an accumulation zone (20). The internal heat exchanger is equipped with an outlet (36) of a low pressure branch of the internal heat exchanger. A conduit (37) is interposed between the outlet of the low pressure branch of the internal heat exchanger and the low pressure exit of the enclosure, where the conduit is extended partially inside the accumulation zone, and is provided with a communication opening (41) having diameter lying between 0. 3 mm and 0.8 mm.
