A device for arcless commutation of DC and AC circuits; second n-p-n transistor, third resistor, first, second, third and fourth diodes are incorporated to the device, collector of first transistor is connected to emitter of second transistor, anode of third diode, cathode of fourth diodes, and through third resistor is connected to collector of light-activated transistor of second optical coupler. Anode of first diode is connected to cathode of second diode and connected to first bus of power source, cathode of first diode is connected to cathode of third diode and collector of second transistor, and through second resistor is connected to collector of light-activated transistor of first optical coupler, anode of second diode is connected to anode of fourth diode and emitter of first transistor, emitters of light-activated transistors of first and second optical coupler are connected to bases of second and first transistors, anode and cathode of optical coupler of second light-activated transistor is connected to anode and cathode of first optical coupler. |
