Composition comprises one or more superabsorbant polymer in the composition in the form of fibers, and one or more coloring agent and/or one or more oxidizing agent. Independent claims are included for: (1) modifying color of keratin materials, comprising applying the composition on the material, for a time sufficient to bleach the keratin materials or to develop the desired coloration; (2) a device having one or more compartment for modifying the color of the keratin material comprising at least one compartment comprising the composition, where the compartment comprises one or more opening for applying the composition on the keratin material; and (3) a kit for coloring of keratin material comprising the composition comprising one or more superabsorbant polymer in the form of fiber in the primary compartment and one or more coloring agent and/or one or more oxidizing agent in the second compartment.
