PURPOSE: An opening/closing device for preventing fuel from stolen and backward flowing is provided to prevent the leakage of fuel due to backward flowing by blocking an inlet by a spring. CONSTITUTION: An opening/closing device(2) for preventing fuel from stolen and backward flowing comprises: a fuel inlet part(3) wherein both ends of the fuel inlet part are opened so that fuel is inserted and which is installed on the side of the fuel tank; a fuel cap(4) which prevents that the fuel is exposed from the tank by blocking up the upper end of the fuel inlet part; and a check valve(5) which is installed in the lower part of the fuel inlet part and prevents the fuel from flowing backward. The check valve prevents a hose or a pipe from inserted into the tank inside from the outside.
