A vibrating mechanical method for preparing cement-concrete mixtures comprises mixing by a rotating blade shaft of mineral components, cement and make-up water in a single-shaft mixer with simultaneous movement of the produced mixture both on the periphery of cylindrical body in the direction of discharge, and along the centre in the opposite direction. In addition, the peripheral flow is formed in the form of a ring with external radius equal to the radius of inner surface of the mixer body R, and internal radius, said flow is swirled relative to the axis of rotation with angular velocityand continuously moved along the body towards the discharge area with average linear velocity, and the central flow with an outer radius, which equals, is swirled with angular velocityand continuously moved with average linear speedin the opposite direction from the discharge area. |
