PURPOSE: A bond sewing thread and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simply and conveniently perform a hydrophobic process during coating of the fiber with an additional process, and to prevent production of all kinds of toxic gases with an aqueous coating mode. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a bond sewing thread includes the following steps: forming a coating solution by mixing a mixed solution of 95-99wt% comprising polyester polyol 39-43wt%, aliphatic isophthal diisocyanate 7-11wt%, Polyester sulfoxidediol1-5wt%, and water 49-53wt% with a catalyst 1-5wt%; coating the bond sewing thread with the mixed coating liquid; drying the coated sewing thread for 20 ~ 60 seconds in 120-180°C; hardening the dried sewing thread; and drawing the heat-treated sewing thread; and winding the drawn sewing thread. |
