Disclosed is a N-[1, 1a, 2, 7b-tetraterohydrocyclopropa[c]chromen-1-yl]-N'-[2-pyridinyl] urea derivatives of formula Z, wherein A is CH or N, T = O and L = -O- and the further substituents are defined in the specification. Also disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition comprising said compound and the use of said compound for the manufacture of a medicament for the prophylaxis or treatment of HIV-1 infections.
