The invention relates to the purification of industrial and waste water, particularly to the purification of water by baromembrane methods from organic substances and can be used for the purification of waste water of the production of dyes and enterprises of paper-and-pulp, textile industry. Task of the invention is the use of high operation pressure, increasing of productivity of the process, degree of water purification and their retaining during the process of ultrafiltration, increasing of selection degree of permeate and prolongation of operational life of membrane. The method for baromembrane purification of water from cationic dyes is proposed, consisting in formation during the ultrafiltration process of dynamic membrane, comprising activated carbon on polymer ultrafiltration membrane at pH of the medium of 7-11.5 and operation pressure of 0.2-0.4 MPa. The realization of the proposed method provides the purification degree of water of 100-80 %, the productivity of the process of 85-392 mm/h by the prolongation of the service cycle in 4.5 times. |
