The sensor (1) has an active sliding band (3) providing the signal (6a) to a processing unit (8) e.g. program, corresponding to a support zone of a control finger applied on the band. Another active sliding band (5) is used for providing the signal (6b) to the processing unit corresponding to the support area. The active bands are arranged in a manner to locate a support in a circular or polygonal control zone (2), where the active bands are in the form of an arc of a circle and symmetrical.
