PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for removing senile seborrheic keratosis and melasma without skin irritation is provided. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for removing senile seborrheic keratosis and melasma contains 50-60 weight% of albutin, 4-6 weight% of Meles meles oil, 3-5 weight% of tourmaline, and 8-12 weight% of hydrocortisone. A method for manufacturing the composition comprises: a step of fining tourmaline, hydrocortisone, paraoxybenzoatemethyl, and para oxy benzoic acid propyl; a step of emulsifying glycerin and Meles meles oil by a mixer; and a step of mixing albutin and sericite.
