PURPOSE: Noodles containing brown rice and Hizikia fusiforme and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent adult diseases by smoothly circulating blood and restricting cholesterol and digestion by making dough with Hizikia fusiforme, Curcumae Longae Rhizoma, and beer yeast etc. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of noodles containing brown rice and Hizikia fusiforme includes the following steps: manufacturing a first mixture with brown rice 72~78 parts by weight, Hizikia fusiforme ~3 parts by weight, and bean 0.5~1.5 parts by weight; manufacturing a second mixture by mixing the first mixture with salt 0.5~1.5 parts by weight, soybean oil 0.5~1.5 parts by weight, and starch 3~5 parts by weight; manufacturing dough by mixing the second mixture and water 13~17 parts by weight; molding noodles with the dough(S15). |
