<p>The system has a fixed convex mirror (2) with a shape for generating an annular image on an image sensor of a camera (1), where the annular image represents a panoramic scene with a field having 360 degrees on a horizontal plane and with a variable vertical field. A mobile mirror (3) is located at a center of the fixed mirror and generates a variable circular image on the sensor. The circular image is located at a center of the annular image and represented irrespective of the panoramic scene along a site and azimuth position of the mobile mirror.</p>
