PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of predicting generation of a void occurring in an injection molding in a short time. SOLUTION: The method includes preliminarily determining the relationship between the Reynolds number of a fluid 110 passing through a level difference part 102 in a mold where the size of the flowing passage for the fluid changes in a mold and the pop-out angleθ1 at which the fluid pops out of the level difference part 102, applying a Reynolds number of the fluid flowing through a level difference part in a mold for production of a void generation prediction target molding to the relationship obtained preliminarily so as to determine a pop-out angleθ1 in the level difference part of the prediction target mold and predicting occurrence of a void when the pop-out angleθ1 is smaller than the angleθ2 of the wall surface 103 of the level difference part.
