PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool clamp device having a spherical rolling support, increasing a clamping force by largely reducing a frictional resistance force. SOLUTION: The spherical rolling support 100 is disposed in a portion of a contact surface between an attachment collet 200A attached to a tool holder 25 and an opening/closing mechanism 200B performing opening and closing operations to make all friction into rolling friction, thus significantly lowering a frictional coefficient for a high clamping force.
