SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING INTERNET BANNER ADVERTISING

A system and a method for making/providing Internet banner AD(ADvertisement) are provided to convert or replace AD contents variously and automatically according to a situation without making the new banner AD of the banner AD previously displayed in the Internet. An AD component database(240) is constructed by matching AD information including more than two AD images and/or images with an AD ID. A banner AD database(250) is constructed by matching a banner AD file with the AD ID. The banner AD file is set to be displayed in a webpage by matching with the AD images and/or messages registered to the AD component database. A banner contents selector(220) selects the image and/or the message inserted or replaced with the banner AD file from the AD component database based on a predetermined rule or priority. A banner maker(230) makes or updates the banner AD file by generating a script including location information of the selected AD images and/or messages. An AD provider(210) provides the banner AD file to a predetermined AD area of the webpage according to a webpage request of an Internet user.
