PURPOSE: A communication apparatus for dynamically filtering a frequency band is provided to perform wireless communication through a frequency band which is not used. CONSTITUTION: A frequency sensing unit(201) collects the frequency information of signal that has power level over a predetermined power level through frequency scanning. The frequency sensing unit senses the frequency used in at least wireless communication service. A filtering unit(202) filters a frequency band which is used in a wireless communication service among the total frequency bands for the signal transmission based on the detected frequency. A signal transmission unit(203) transmits the signal through the frequency band not used in the wireless communication service.
