PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shampoo reducing squeaky feeling of hair under shampooing or after shampooing, and forming the hair after the shampooing into a state in which the effects of a treatment agent subsequently coated thereon can be effectively drawn out. SOLUTION: The shampoo is obtained at least by formulating an ampholytic surfactant, an anionic surfactant and a cationized polymer, wherein, the ampholytic surfactant is a fatty acid amidopropyldimethylamino acetic acid betaine, the proportion of the formulated cationized polymer is 0.3-1 mass%, and an extracted product of Saxifraga stolonifera is formulated therewith.
