PURPOSE: A BPSK demodulation device and a method thereof are provided to reduce a bit error rate by discriminating the transmission phase angle in a new discrimination region. CONSTITUTION: An I signal generator(130) generates an in-phase signal from a received BPSK signal. A Q-signal generator(150) generates a Quadrature-phase signal from the received BPSK signal by using a plurality of phase shifters. An oscillator(140) generates a first signal for dividing a baseband signal. A discriminating part(160) distinguishes the transmission phase angle from the I-signal and the Q-signal. A RX-antenna(110) receives the BPSK signal. A low noise amplifier(120) amplifies the received BPSK signal.
