PURPOSE: An LED chip formed a pollution preventing film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the light emitting efficiency of a light emitting chip by preventing pollution from an electrode by using a paste solution and maintaining a light emitting property. CONSTITUTION: An electrode(1) is formed on the upper side of a light emitting chip(100). A transparent thin film(2) is formed on the surface of the light emitting chip. The lower side of the transparent thin film is adhered using the paste. A transparent protective layer is formed on the upper side of the light emitting chip. A refractive index of the transparent thin film is one to three point eight.
