<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling member which does not damage reliability and physical strength of a refrigerant introduction pipe by preventing a projected corner of a punch from being excessively pressed to the surface of the refrigerant introduction pipe, a method and a device for manufacturing the same, and to provide the cooling member capable of finishing, in a high precision, a dimension and a direction of the refrigerant introduction pipe protruding from a heat transfer member, and a method and a device for manufacturing the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The device 1 for manufacturing the refrigerant member includes a punch 7 having a press surface 5 between two curved protruded corners 3, and a support 13 for supporting a heat transfer material 9 with the groove 11 opposing to the press surface 5. The punch 7 is attached to a ram of a press machine as a molding tool.
