PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-diameter coaxial cable harness without fear of break of a center conductor even with repeated deformation, and yet, with superb bending properties, and capable of maintaining a bundled state. SOLUTION: The thin-diameter coaxial cable harness 20, in which terminals of a plurality of thin-diameter coaxial cables 24 bundled are connected by termination to a connector 25, and used at sites of an equipment where curving, rotation, or sliding movements take place, has a plurality of thin-diameter coaxial cables 24 passed through and bundled in a cylindrical braided sleeve 23 made by braiding synthetic fiber. The braided sleeve 23 has a tensile strength of the synthetic fiber of 3.0 cN/dtex or more, a fiber diameter of the same of 30μm or more and 60μm or less, a thickness of 0.1 mm or less, a diameter of a cross section in a cylindrical state of 2.5 mm or less, a braid angle of 63°or more and 70°or less, and a braid density of 80% or more and 96% or less.
