<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To delete or invalidate effects on a human body by performing video processing to an image with risk having an adverse effect on the human body. <P>SOLUTION: An image display apparatus includes: a video feature detection part 7 which detects a video feature by frame from prescribed video information included in a received video signal Db and outputs a video feature signal Ps; a video change detection part 9 for output of a control value Cr as a control signal when the video feature signal Ps changes more than a fixed times within a prescribed period of time; and a video signal countermeasure part 6 for analyzing the control value Cr to perform prescribed processing to the video signal Db in accordance with results of analysis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
