<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclination sensor of high measurement accuracy with a simple configuration. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This inclination sensor includes an inclination part 5a, a magnetic body 4 which can move by rolling on the inclination part 5a when the sensor is inclined, a detecting element 6 which detects the magnetic flux density from the magnetic body 4, and an array magnet 7 which arrays the direction of magnetic poles in front and rear of movement of the magnetic body 4. Thereby, in front and rear of movement of the magnetic body 4, different magnetic flux densities are detected by the detecting element 6, and whether the inclination sensor 1 is inclined or not is accurately detected by comparing the difference.
