A method and a milking system arrangement comprising a plurality of milking stations for extracting milk from animals, a milk line (6) and a storage tank (9), wherein a first milking station (1c) of the plurality of milking stations, comprises means (2c, 4c) for transferring milk to the storage tank via the milk line, said transferring means comprising an access conduit (4c) arranged to lead milk from the first milking station to a first portion (6c) of the milk line, and a second milking station (1b) of the plurality of milking stations, comprises means (2b, 4b) for transferring milk to the storage tank via the milk line, said transferring means comprising an access conduit (4b) arranged to lead milk from the second milking station (1b) to a second portion (6b) of the milk line. The arrangement is characterised in that a first return conduit (5c) is arranged from the first portion (6c) of the milk line (6) to the first milking station (1c) so that liquid can be circulated from the first milking station, through the access conduit (4c) of the first milking station, through the first portion of the milk line (6c), and through the first return line (5c) back to the first milking station, and a second return conduit (5b) is arranged from the second portion (6b) of the milk line (6) to the second milking station (1b) so that liquid can be circulated from the second milking station, through the access conduit (4b) of the second milking station, through the second portion (6b) of the milk line, and through the second return line (5b) back to the second milking station. |
