PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condensing unit capable of using supporting legs in common for a compressor, an accumulator and the like, and improving a degree of freedom in designing a water-cooling condenser and a receiver tank. SOLUTION: This condensing unit includes a frame body 1 assembled in the frame shape, the compressor 15 and the accumulator 17 are supported on an upper section of the frame body 1 through the supporting legs 11 and a supporting plate 18, an electric component box 21 is supported through a supporting member 23, and the water-cooling condenser 33 or the receiver tank is selectively disposed in the frame of the frame body 1.
