<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cuttage culture medium for solving such problems that a cuttage seedling has a long culture period as a plant spike, the cost is high, a root system is already damaged in a nursery field, a survival time from delivery from a nursery field to transplantation is short, and a recovery period of seedlings after transplanting is long and generally takes more than one week. <P>SOLUTION: This cuttage culture medium contains ingredients of 20-50% pine scale, 10-40% vermiculite, 15-40% peat, and 10-30% pearlite at a volume percentage, and is added with 300-700 g microelements per cubic meter culture medium. A method for preparing the cuttage culture medium includes a step of obtaining a final product by mixing ingredients and microelements, and bringing the mixture into a bar-like culture medium of 4-7 cm diameter, wrapped with netty fiber followed by cutting into a column of 5-7 cm length. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
