PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocker structure whose buckling strength is improved by locating a lower wall of a body part of a rocker inner panel to be below an upper end of an abutting part. SOLUTION: The rocker structure 10 has a locker inner panel 11 and an outer reinforcement 12. The rocker inner panel 11 includes a body part 14 of a substantially U-shaped section which is opened outward of a vehicle, and a lower flange part 15b continuous to the body part 14 and extending downwardly. The outer reinforcement 12 includes a body part 16 of a substantially U-shaped section which is opened outward of the vehicle, and a lower flange part 17b continuous to the body part 16 and extending downwardly. Further, the rocker structure 10 has a lower abutting part 20b in which a lower flange part 15b of the rocker inner panel 11 and a lower flange part 17b of the outer reinforcement 12 are abutted on each other. In the rocker structure 10, a lower wall 14c of the body part 14 is located below an upper end P of a lower abutting part 20b, and thereby, the second moment of area of the rocker structure 10 can be increased.
