LEACHING METHOD OF VALUABLE METALS FROM SYNTHETIC MATTE

PURPOSE: A leaching method of the valuable metal from synthetic mat is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by using the sulfuric acid in leaching. CONSTITUTION: A leaching method of the valuable metal from synthetic mat comprises: a step of leaching a synthetic mat with valuable metals by adding hydrocarbon compound under a sulfuric acid solution; a step of producing the slurry by adding the synthetic mat with valuable metals and the phase change material aliphatic hydrocarbon compound under a sulfuric acid solution; a step of leaching the slurry by pressurizing it and increasing temperatures; and a step of collecting the leaching solution. The synthetic mat containing valuable metals comprises copper, nickel, cobalt, iron and sulfur. The concentration of the sulfuric acid solution is 1~10%.
