<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system surely inhibiting an action such that an account holder illicitly performs payment of money himself/herself. <P>SOLUTION: A financial institution system server 100 includes a canceling means 106 which cancels a payment operation; and a cancellation release means 107 which releases the cancellation of the payment operation when payment is permitted in a payment propriety report from a payment reservation server. The payment reservation server 102 includes a contact address storage means 110 which stores a contact address of an approved person; a payment reservation means 126; a report transmitting means 130 which automatically transmits a report for whether to approve payment to the approved person stored in the storage means 110; an answer receiving means 136 which receives an answer for approval or non-approval from the approved person; a payment determination means 138 which confirms the answer content to determine the propriety of payment; and a payment propriety report transmitting means 142 which transmits the payment propriety report describing either permission or non-permission of the payment to the financial institution system server 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
