<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric leakage detection system for electric vehicles, that accurately detects electric leakage in a vehicle including a drive unit containing a plurality of rotary electric machines, and to provide a vehicle including the electric leakage detection system. <P>SOLUTION: The electric leakage detection system includes an electric leakage detector 42 and a control unit 30. The control unit 30 turns on/off the lower arm of an inverter (26) corresponding to the motor generator (MG3) of an electric leakage detection target, keeps tuned on the lower arms of the other inverters (14, 22) except the corresponding inverter (26) of a plurality of the inverters (14, 22, 26). The electric leakage detector 42 detects leakage when the lower arm of the corresponding inverter (26) is turned on, and the detector 42 fails to detect leakage when the lower arm of the corresponding inverter (26) is turned off, the control unit 30 decides that the leakage occurs in the motor generator (MG3) of the leakage detection target. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
