<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for controlling a hammering device capable of applying a striking force corresponding to the magnitude of the dirt resistance of each heat transfer face block of a waste heat boiler to a heat transfer pipe. <P>SOLUTION: The system for controlling an operation schedule includes: (α) a gas flow rate calculating means 35 for calculating a gas flow rate Gc based on a boiler evaporation amount and a boiler inlet/outlet gas temperature; (β) dirt resistance calculation means 36a, 36b for calculating dirt resistance planned values DA, DB and dirt resistance measurement values Da, Db of the heat transfer face blocks based on the gas flow rate Gc and inlet/outlet gas temperatures of the heat transfer face blocks; and (γ) hammering operation schedule calculation means 37a, 37b for changing at least one of a striking frequency R, a striking time H or the striking force F of the hammering device based on the dirt resistance planned values DA, DB and dirt resistance measurement values Da, Db of the heat transfer face blocks. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
