<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a mail reading-out service, wherein mail reading-out processing takes a lot of time when a load on a server performing mail reading-out processing wherein quality of communication is bad is high. <P>SOLUTION: In a mail reading-out system, an evaluation value is calculated from functions of a cell phone 200 and a server 100 providing mail reading-out, the communication quality, and information about taste of a user, and the server and the cell phone share a function necessary for the mail reading-aloud.
