<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight, to improve strength of a mounting part on a vehicle body, and to prevent deterioration of appearance in terms of design. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A base material of a front bumper cover 12 is covered with a skin 30. A mounting part base material K1 constituting the mounting part 12C of the front bumper cover 12 is harder than a general part base material K2 constituting a general part 12F. The general part base material K2 has lower specific gravity than the mounting part base material K1. In a connecting part S1 including a boundary line P1 between the mounting part base material K1 in the front bumper cover 12 and the general part base material K2, a ratio of thickness T2 of the mounting part base material K1 to thickness T3 of the general part base material K2 in whole plate thickness T1 of the base material of the front bumper cover 12 is gradually changed.
