PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide device for securing a headrest, capable of securing the headrest to a predetermined position in a non-adjustable manner even after a guide lock is mounted and even after a seatback is formed. SOLUTION: In a device for securing a headrest, at least one groove 22 is formed by cutting out a part of a headrest pillar 20 in such a manner that the groove is not tilted in the radial direction. The securing device is provided with a knob section 52, a resin spring section 54 formed so as to connect to the knob section 52, and an engaging plate 56 provided to the knob section 52. The resin spring section 54 is formed on the knob section 52 so as to project to one side thereof and has formed therein a space section 55 for surrounding in an expanded manner the headrest pillar 20.
