<p>The present invention discloses a listening method, device and system, and belongs to the communication network field. The present invention could perform listening to the communication content at case of that a user to be listened is on the connecting state of outing Gi interface from a home wireless access point. The listening method provided in the embodiments of the present invention includes that: a listened network element receives a legal listening activation request message from a listening gateway, wherein the listened network element is in a packet data network; the listened network element determines that a user to be listened is on the state of outing Gi interface from the home wireless access point; the listened network element makes a listening response to the listening gateway, in order to indicate the listening gateway to re-initiate the listening for the user to be listened in the Internet Service Provider ISP network. The present invention is applicable to the case of performing listening to the network element in the communication network.</p>
