PURPOSE: An outdoor advertisement signboard having an accepting space is provided to prevent environment contamination by using alternative energy. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell(110) is installed on the outdoor advertisement signboard and converts the solar energy into electrical energy. A battery(122) is accepted in the accepting space and charges the electrical energy. At least one LED(Light Emitting Diode) module(123) is connected to a control line and implements the light emitting operation. A controller(121) controls the charging operation of the electrical energy of the battery.
