A TOP-BURNER AND COOKER COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A top burner and a cooker with the same are provided to minimize the burning of food in a simmer mode using an outer burner in a simmer mode wherein the food is heated at low temperature. CONSTITUTION: A top burner and a cooker with the same comprise an outer burner(230), an inner burner(260), and an air guide(247). The outer burner is installed on the upper side of a top plate(210). Multiple flame holes are formed at the rim of the outer burner to form the flame through the combustion of mixed gas. The inner burner is installed on the upper side of the outer burner. The inner burner comprises multiple fire holes.
