<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphine compound comprising a sulfur-containing functional group. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a phosphine represented by formula (1) (in the formula, R<SP>1</SP>represents a 1-20C alkyl group that may be substituted with a halogen atom, a 7-20C aralkyl group that may be substituted with a halogen atom or a 6-20C aryl group that may be substituted with a halogen atom; and R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>, R<SP>4</SP>, R<SP>5</SP>, R<SP>6</SP>, R<SP>7</SP>, R<SP>8</SP>and R<SP>9</SP>each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a 1-20C alkyl group that may be substituted with a halogen atom, a 7-20C aralkyl group that may be substituted with a halogen atom, a 6-20C aryl group that may be substituted with a halogen atom, a 1-20C substituted silyl group substituted with a hydrocarbon group, a 1-20C alkoxy group, a 7-20C aralkyloxy group or a 6-20C aryloxy group). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
