<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a thin-film solar cell with a low manufacturing cost, which can reliably and sufficiently diffuse an alkali metal to a light absorbing layer. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a thin-film solar cell including a light absorbing layer 3 between a first electrode layer 2 and a second electrode layer 5 includes: a step of producing a light absorbing layer solution including Cu, In, and an alkali metal as elements; a step of producing a precursor by applying and drying the light absorbing layer solution on the first electrode layer; a step of heat-treating the precursor under a reduction atmosphere, and forming the light absorbing layer 3 including Cu, In, and the alkali metal as elements, on the first electrode layer 2; and a step of forming the second electrode layer 5 on the light absorbing layer 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
