<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for detecting an unauthorized device capable of detecting presence of an unauthorized communication device Z even when the unauthorized communication device Z is about to intrude into a communication system. <P>SOLUTION: This system for detecting an unauthorized device is installed in a communication system including a plurality of normal roadside machines 1. Abnormality of information communication from a normal first roadside machine 1E to a normal second roadside machine 1A is detected by a first detection part 15a. When the abnormality is detected by the first detection part 15a, a second detection part 15b acquires situation information related to the situation of information communication between the first roadside machine 1E and other roadside machines 1G, 1H.
