<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a development roller which prevents a toner from staying on a development roller; and to provide a development roller, a development device and an image forming apparatus thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a development roller includes; a first rolling process in which a first dice 201, on which a blade tilting in an axial direction and a circumferential direction is formed, and a bladeless dice 204 are rotated in the same direction, and an unprocessed development roller is rotated in the opposite direction to the rotational directions of the first dice and bladeless dice to feed the unprocessed development roller between the first dice and the bladeless dice, and then first tilted grooves which continue in a spiral state are formed; and a second rolling process in which a second dice, on which a blade tilting in the axial and circumferential directions opposite to the first dice is formed, and the bladeless dice are rotated in the same direction which is opposite to the direction in the first rolling process, and the development roller, on which the first tilted grooves are formed, is rotated in the opposite direction to that of the first rolling process to feed the development roller between the second dice and the bladeless dice, and then second tilted grooves which continue in a spiral state are formed, the second tilted grooves crossing the first tilted grooves. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
