PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of improving traveling performance on an ice road surface by effectively improving both braking performance and turning performance on the ice road surface in a balanced manner. SOLUTION: In the pneumatic tire equipped with a tread pattern having a block 1 forming a sipe, a tower head 10a is opened in a V-shape toward a central portion of the block 1 on the surface of the block 1, V-shaped sipes 10 extending from a peripheral edge of the block 1 toward the central portion is formed, and the V-shaped sipes 10 are disposed at both sides in the tire circumferential direction of the block 1 and both sides in the tire width direction, respectively.
