<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device and a lighting device in which light control of a light-emitting element by phase control can be made. <P>SOLUTION: A constant current circuit constructed of a transistor Q1, a zener diode IC1, and a resistor R2 in parallel with a smoothing capacitor C2 is provided, thereby, the peak value other than the peak point shape of the input current waveform of peak point shape is made larger than the holding current, and a period from switch-on to switch-off of a triac and a thyristor of the lighting adjustor is made long. Then, the longer is the period when the triac and the thyristor are switched on, correspondingly the longer is the period capable of light control, and a sufficient light control width can be obtained and a precise light control can be made. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
