PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of maintaining a good starting condition of an engine while improving energy efficiency by preheating cooling water of the engine only when required by a simple structure of a flow passage. SOLUTION: This control device for controlling the engine and motor generators connected via a power division mechanism based on request power of a vehicle includes a memory for storing a control condition, and a control part CU for estimating an engine starting period based on the control condition stored in the memory, controlling a valve mechanism 66 for making cooling water of a first cooling device 60 for cooling an engine 100 or cooling water of a second cooling device 70 for cooling the motor generators 110, 120 to flow in an afterheat flow passage before the estimated engine starting period, and preheating the cooling water of the first cooling device 60 by the cooling water of the second cooling device 70 via the afterheat flow passage 67.
