PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extensively change the phase of an intake cam with a simple structure without using a large-scale structure. SOLUTION: Intake cams 11F, 11R are rotatably supported on an intake camshaft 1, a fluid flow passage is provided for changing the rotational phases of the intake cams 11F, 11R in a direction reverse to each other, and the phases of the intake cams 11F, 11R are changed in a reverse direction.
