PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device and program for efficiently determining whether a base image corresponds to a comparison image.

SOLUTION: A comparison image acquiring part 24 acquires a comparison image to be compared with a base image. An image element correspondence determining part 26 determines whether a comparison feature value calculated on the basis of a comparison image element in the comparison image with a base feature value that corresponds to the comparison image element and is calculated on the basis of a base image element in the base image. An image correspondence determining part 30 determines whether the base image corresponds to the comparison image on the basis of a determination result determined by the image element correspondence determining part 26 for each of at least one comparison image element or more whose positions in the comparison image are different.
